Orders placed before 2:00pm ET on a business day ship the same day from our fulfillment center in the United States. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email at checkout and a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery estimates are business days and exclude carrier delays outside our control.
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn’t updated within 48 hours of dispatch, email [email protected] and we’ll look into it right away.
